Sharing is Caring

Ludhiana, April, 26 (ANI): A special 24-hour helpline was launched in Punjab on Sunday for residents stuck in earthquake-hit Nepal. The helpline has opened up at the office of district collector in Ludhiana. This helpline will help not just Indians in Nepal but also Nepalese in Ludhiana to call and know the status of their loved ones in the quake-hit Himalayan nation. The 7.9 magnitude quake struck Nepal at midday on Saturday (April 25) at a busy time of year for the tourism-reliant country’s trekking and climbing season, with an estimated 300,000 foreign tourists in the country.
