‘Affluenza’ teen arrested in Mexico

New images of so-called ‘affluenza’ teen Ethan Couch with his hair dyed black in police custody in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Authorities arrested Couch on the Mexican side of the border Monday evening.

18-year-old Couch was serving a 10 year probation sentence for killing four people in a drunk driving incident in 2013, but became a fugitive of the law after allegedly breaking probation earlier this month.

Couch became known as the “affluenza” teen when a psychologist argued in court, that he was so spoiled he couldn’t tell the difference between right and wrong.

The teen and his mother, who was reportedly with him when he was detained, are expected to be handed over to U.S. Marshals Service.
