Amitabh Bachchan Returns To Iffi After A Decade As A Chief Guest
Bollywood’s living legend Amitabh Bachchan returned to International Film Festival of India (IFFI) as a chief guest after a decade.

The 45th edition of International Film Festival of India got to a colourful start amidst electrifying performances evoking nostalgic memories in Goa on November 20.
The legendary actor who has charmed three generations of audiences with his brilliant performances said that if the world is a village then film fraternity is the custodian of its stories.
The International Jury Chairman Slawomir Idziak and other members Zhang Jianya, Marie Brenner, Seema Biswas and Nadia Dresti were also present.
Expressing gratitude to the Government of India and Goa for making it a permanent venue for the Festival, the Chief Guest Amitabh Bachchan traced the history of Indian Cinema touching on all issues and aspects of Indian life reflected on the Silver Screen.
His narration was like a master-class which included stride made in film craft, vigour and vibrancy of changing times, women’s struggle and portrayal of the dysfunctional system in Indian society.
