Baloch leader Bugti hopeful of positive response from India on asylum plea

Geneva (Switzerland), Sep 22 (ANI): After applying for asylum in India, exiled Baloch leader Brahamdagh Bugti on Thursday pinned hope that the Indian Government will revert with a positive response. Upon Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s speech at the the 71st Session of the United Nations General Assembly, the Baloch leader said the former is a rubber stamp and follows orders of the Pakistan Army. Prominent leaders of the Baloch community have raised their voices after Prime Minister Modi spoke about the plight of the Baloch residents during his Independence Day speech from the ramparts of the Red Fort.
