Bihar CM appeals people to remain calm & patient as earthquake aftershocks are normal (Part – 2)
Patna, April 26 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday appealed people of the state to remain calm and patient as the earthquake aftershocks are normal. He said that there is nothing to worry about the aftershocks as earthquakes are followed by such tremors for a few days. He also assured that the concerned officials are taking stock of the situation and are assessing if aftershocks are affecting any place adversely or not. He also said that all the open grounds will be kept open if people would want to come out in open during the time of tremors. He asked the people to present an example of courage and assured that all help will be given to the people at all times. North India on Sunday experienced aftershock of 6.7 magnitude earthquake with epicenter in Kodari of Nepal.
