Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Jan 03 (ANI): As reports of BSF jawans working in borders committing suicides due to heavy stress is on the rise, here in Coimbatore over 100 BSF officers and jawans are taking 14 day yoga programme at Isha Yoga Centre. The jawans were trained with ancient and powerful practice of Upa-Yoga, Angamardana and Surya Kriya and also initiated into ‘Aum’ chanting and Isha Kriya. Speaking about the Yoga sessions one of the BSF officer said “Yoga is like sharpening our own axe”. The jawans face serious stress problems in the borders. They have to be vigil and the main reason for depression and stress among the jawans is due to working away from their family.
