BSF pays tributes to slain soldier Koli Nitin Subhash

Srinagar, Oct 30 (ANI): Wreath laying ceremony of Border Security Force (BSF) soldier Koli Nitin Subhash, who lost his life fighting Pakistani troops in Jammu and Kashmir’s Machil sector, was held in Srinagar on Sunday. 28-year old Constable Subhash, who hails from Maharashtra’s Sangli, was retaliating to a ceasefire violation initiated by the Pakistani security forces on Saturday. The slain soldier, who joined the force in 2008, is survived by his wife and two sons. Ceasefire violations were also reported from the state’s RS Pura and Kathua sectors yesterday.
