Chennai court to hear petition regarding Jayalalithaa’s death on Jan 11

Chennai, Dec 26 (ANI): A petition filed in the Chennai Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court in connection with the death of former Chief Minister and AIADMK supremo J. Jayalalithaa has been posted to January 11. The petitioner, claiming to be a childhood friend and also family friends of Jayalalithaa, sought direction to prosecute them to unearth truth behind the death of Jayalalithaa. She also urged the Supreme Court to save Tamil Nadu and the people of the state from this mafia gang. She added that on September 22, Jayalalithaa was rushed to Apollo hospitals due to dehydration and fever by Sasikala but no one knows how she was affected by dehydration and thereafter, Jayalalithaa was kept in the hospital under suspicious circumstances for 75 days.
