Cold wave continues to cripple north India, train, flight services affected

New Delhi, Jan 19 (ANI): Severe cold wave conditions continue to affect normal life in several parts of North India, including National Capital, on Thursday. Delhiites woke up to a cold morning as the minimum temperature plunged to settle at 7 degrees Celsius. Morning fog disrupted rail services with 28 trains delayed, four rescheduled and three cancelled. The flight services were also affected with four international flights delayed and 13 domestic flights delayed and one cancelled.
