Continuous dry spell for months leads to rising temperatures in Shimla

Shimla, Dec 20 (ANI): The continuous dry spell in Shimla is resulting in increase in temperature. The temperature in different corners of the state is increased from 3 to 5 degree Celsius. According to the local weather department the continuous dry spell during the months of October, November and December has been recorded for the first time after 15 years. Tourists are coming with expectations of snowfall but are going back and enjoying the sun rays in Himalayas. Localites are disappointed with the change in weather.
