Johannesburg (South Africa), Mar 30 (ANI): Cricket Australia CEO James Sutherland said that he is not quitting despite the ball-tampering scandal that has resulted in ban on three players and resignation of the national coach. He said that “I’m absolutely committed to my job. My employment and tenure is a matter for the board of Cricket Australia, but I’m not resigning and in fact what’s happened over the last few days has only strengthened my resolve to ensure that Australian cricket and the Australian cricket team gets back on track”. He also praised Australian team coach Daren Lehmann by saying that he has huge regard and respect for him. The ball-tampering scandal in the fourth test match against South Africa resulted in slamming one year ban on skipper Steve Smith, David Warner and resignation of Darren Lehmann as team’s coach.
