Darjeeling (West Bengal), July 02 (ANI): The crisis in the hill town of Darjeeling doesn’t seem to come to an end any time soon as the supporters of Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) set a vehicle ablaze on Sunday morning. No casualty was reported from the incident. A complaint has been registered in this regard. In a similar incident, three vehicles of the fire brigade department were attacked with petrol bombs yesterday. Tension and grim situations continue as the protestors remain firm on their demand for formation of a separate ‘Gorkhaland’ state. The protestors are also opposing alleged imposition of Bengali language in schools across the hill town. It is the 24th day of indefinite strike called by GJM.
