New Delhi, Dec 28 (ANI): Criticising China for suggesting that the testing of the nuclear-capable Agni-V intercontinental ballistic missile may not have complied with United Nations Security Council (UNSC) rules, defence expert Major General (retired) P.K. Sehgal said that China’s reaction was along expected lines, as there was huge difference between what they practice and what they preach. China further added that preserving the strategic balance and stability in South Asia was conducive to peace and prosperity of regional countries and beyond. India successfully test-fired Agni-5 on December 26 – a nuclear-capable missile that can reach Beijing and Eastern Europe – thrusting the emerging Asian power into a small club of nations that can deploy nuclear weapons at such a great distance.
