New Delhi/Varanasi /Nagpur, July 09 (ANI): Devotees in large numbers thronged temples across parts of the nation on the occasion of ‘Guru Purnima’ on Sunday morning. The devotees flocked to the holy shrines and prayed for the prosperity of their mentors of ‘gurus.’ While people thronged the Sai Baba Temple in the national capital, devotees offered prayers at ‘Baba Keenaram Sthal’ in Varanasi. This festival, which falls on the full moon day of the month of ‘Ashadh,’ is observed traditionally by Hindus, Buddhists and Jains. Residents of Nagpur also flocked to various temples to perform holy rituals.
