Earthquake aftershocks on but intensity and magnitude slowly diminishing: IMD
New Delhi, April 27 (ANI): Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) Director General LS Rathore on Monday said that earthquake aftershocks are on and the current status says that a total of 55 shocks have been observed till time. However, he maintained that the intensity and magnitude of the same is reducing with time. He said that there was rain in the Nepalese capital of Kathmandu which halted relief operation for a while but subsequently the same resumed. Further, he also appealed people to stop spreading rumors about possible another earthquake through social media.
