Govt will not resort to ordinances if Opposition lets Parliament function: Venkaiah Naidu

New Delhi, Jan 22 (ANI): Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu said on Thursday that the Central government is coming up with a new housing scheme which requires a lot of investment. Naidu also said that the Central government is not in favour of resorting to ordinances but the Opposition should also let the Parliament function properly to keep holding debates and discussions. He appealed to the Opposition to discuss, debate and then decide about any bills to be passed so that the government does not have to resort to ordinances.
