Sharing is Caring

Gulbarga, Dec 25 (ANI): Farmers in Gulbarga are facing losses in their horticulture crop banana because middle-men have been taking all the profit thereby affecting both the farmers and the public at large. Every year the price of banana suddenly falls to 3 to 4 rupees per kg (300 rupees per quintal) when it comes to the market. Middle men have been purchasing the banana crop at a lower price and selling them off at higher prices which as a result have impinged on the farmers and has become a monetary concern for them.
