Hindu migrants from Pakistan and Afghanistan seek Indian nationality

Bhopal, Nov 22 (ANI): Hundreds of Hindu migrants from Pakistan and Afghanistan who have been living in India for the past several years demanded Indian nationality. The migrants met the district collector in Bhopal city of Madhya Pradesh and requested the officer to take the required initiative to hasten the process of providing them Indian nationality. The migrants said they face problems of religious identity in countries like Pakistan and Afghanistan. Some of them were even forced to discontinue their business. A Pakistani Hindu migrant, Ajit Rajan said over 500 families of Hindu migrants have been living in Madhya Pradesh for years now. Convener of Sindhu Sena, Bhopal City, Durgesh Kaswani talked to the district collector on behalf of the migrants.
