Patna, Oct 28 (ANI): India’s forward movement of 12 spots in the ‘Ease of Doing Business’list by World Bank was lauded by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on. The nation was on 142nd rank last year. These rankings sometimes form the basis of foreign investments in a country and are based on 10 indicators such as how easy it is to start a business. According to the World Bank, India has made rapid strides in the “days to start a business” moving from a ranking of 127 in 2014 to 29 this year. Jaitley added that 12 point ranking doesn’t reflect the true ease which has come in India and that many steps are being taken which will be reflected in next years’ rating. He further said that India’s ranking in ease of doing business had increased last month even in World Economic Forum.
