India’s focus on relief and rescue operations in quake hit Nepal: S Jaishankar (Part – 1)

New Delhi, April 26 (ANI): Briefing on earthquake that hit Nepal and many parts of India, Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar on Sunday said that India’s focus right now is on relief and rescue operations in the quake hit neighbouring nation. Jaishankar also briefed about all the relief materials sent to Nepal and also about the aircrafts and recue teams sent to the valley. Further, he said that India is looking at the option of operating buses from two routes to Kathmandu to bring back Indians stranded there. The buses will be pressed into service in addition to the military aircraft, helicopters and commercial flights that are being deployed to carry relief material and bring back stranded Indians and people from other countries.
