IPL SPOT FIXING CASE: SC ASKS FOR CSKS DISQUALIFICATION
The apex court on Thursday sought to find out the share-holding pattern in India Cements, the company who owns the CSK team so as to find out who really controlled the IPL team.
The court, last week had expressed displeasure over the conflict of interest within BCCI as CSK is an IPL team owned India Cements of which N. Srinivasan is the managing director.
CSK has won the IPL tournament twice in the past 7 seasons.
