Local residents stage protest against increasing man-animal conflict

Doda, Jammu and Kashmir, Jan 28 (ANI): Residents of Nalwa village and its adjoining areas held a protest in Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda district against the increasing incidents of man-animal conflict in the region. The protesting villagers raised slogans against the alleged failure of wildlife department to contain the movement of wild animals in the residential areas. The protestors said residents in Nalwa and its adjoining areas are living in a constant fear as dangerous wild animals, including man eaters are roaming freely forcing the residents not to come out of their homes even during broad day light.
