Newborn with heart ailment to be cured at AIIMS after Sushma Swaraj’s intervention
Bhopal, Jan 27 (ANI): A two day old infant, who has a rare heart disease, has a glimmer of hope of his survival after Foreign Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj ensured medical treatment at AIIMS in New Delhi. The child’s father sought help from Prime Minister Narendra Modi after doctors told that they did not have facilities in the city to conduct operation on the child. Expressing happiness over the received help, the child’s father said its heart warming to see that the Centre is so active to help common man. Meanwhile, the Doctor said that the veins of the infant are entangled and pure and impure blood is getting mixed. The child is being airlifted from Bhopal to New Delhi.
