ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)

Oklahoma City held a memorial service on Sunday (April 19) to remember the victims of the 1995 bombing of the Afred P. Murrah Federal Building that killed 168 and injured 680 others.

Hundreds of survivors attended the 20th anniversary ceremony as well as former President Bill Clinton, who was in his first term in office when the bombing occurred.

Anti-government militant Timothy McVeigh, who carried out the attack with more than two tons of explosives, and accomplice Terry Nichols were tried and convicted on federal charges.

McVeigh was executed and Nichols received multiple life prison sentences.

The event was held at the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum.
