The latest scoop from the sets of Sardaar Gabbar Singh is that actor Pawan Kalyan has been giving personal attention to every little detail related to the lavish village set that has been erected in a city studio. A source from the sets tells us: “Pawan Kalyan has spent nearly three years on this film and he is particular about the tiniest of things, like the flow of traffic in the background to how the entrance of the town should look and where the shops should be positioned.” He himself had briefed the art director Brahma Kadali to first create a miniature of the village. “After this prototype was designed, PK suggested a few changes. But he was satisfied that he could see how the village looks first. This kind of attention from the star has ensured that the entire set looks very real,” adds the source. In ‘Ratanpur’ town, we hear, is a very elaborate railway track, a mela-like set, a market and a sea of houses. No wonder, the set cost shot up to a whopping Rs 4.5 crore. “As the shooting continues, it might go up to Rs 5 crore as more elements will be added,” the source says.
