PM has put disaster management teams on standby, monitoring situation: RP Rudy

New Delhi, April 25 (ANI): Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, on Saturday said that the Prime Minister has put disaster management teams on stand by for rescue and relief. Rudy is the In-charge of Earthquake Damage Assessment, appointed by PM Narendra Modi. He said that Modi himself is monitoring the situation closely and will also hold a meeting later to take stock of the entire situation. Rudy added that power has been switched off for safety reasons in Bihar adding that many places have been badly affected in the state.
