PM Modi chairs public grievances redressal meet

New Delhi, April 23 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired his second public grievances redressal meet through ‘Pragati’ – a communication technology, which can engage multiple screens for pro-active governance and timely implementation. ‘Pragati’ is a unique integrating and interactive platform which is aimed at addressing common man’s grievances and simultaneously monitoring and reviewing important programmes and projects of the government and projects flagged off by the state governments. The prime minister reviewed the work done for tribal welfare, especially giving land titles under the Forest Rights Act. He asked the officials to make use of satellite technology to expedite the process of identifying tribal habitations.
