Nepal, Jan 15 (ANI): Radio Terai correspondent Santosh Kumar Sahu has alleged that a phone call from police control room threatened him on news coverage of Madhesi agitation. The controversy led to protests with people coming out on roads and shouting slogans against the police force. Sahu added the caller told him to immediately report to the police station. I got a call on my mobile phone. The number was from police control room. The person told me to immediately report here. Madhesis are agitating over Nepal’s new constitution in which more than 50 people have lost their lives. The agitators blocked the main trade route to India in August last year. The Nepalese Prime Minister K P Oli will visit India in the first week of February in which many key issues are expected to be discussed.
