New Delhi, Jan 23 (ANI): Politicos reacted on Friday after Former Food Minister and chairman of the high level committee on Restructuring the Food Corporation of India (FCI) Shanta Kumar claimed that the National Food Security Act (NFSA) passed during the UPA regime’s tenure was more about “vote security” than “food security”. BJP leader Sambit Patra expressed his agreement with Shanta Kumar’s view on Food Security Act. BJP leader Sudhanshu Trivedi said that the UPA without providing adequate food security kept on doing vote bank politics. However, Congress leader Manish Tewari expressed disagreement with Shanta Kumar’s remarks.
