Mumbai, Jan 16 (ANI): Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, while interacting with Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) students on Saturday, answered various queries of students relating to country’s economy. Talking about agriculture, he said the current government was not focusing their attention on farmers and agriculture. Reacting on the Goods and Services Tax (GST) issue, he said that for the past seven years the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) stopped the GST in Parliament and this fact could be verified. He specifically said that Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Prime Minister Narendra Modi didn’t let the GST pass. Regarding the Pathankot terror attack, he said that National Security Agency’s (NSA) job was not to develop tactics, but to build strategy. He concluded by saying the power of our institutions was not being utilised.
