Rajasthan CM talks about allocating special funds for Judiciary at National Law Conference
Jaipur, April 29 (ANI): A two-day long National Law Conference, held in Jaipur, focused on dispensation of justice and challenges posed by new and emerging trends in field of law. The formal inaugural ceremony of the Conference took place in the presence of Supreme Court Judge Jagdish Singh Khehar and Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje. During the various sessions, the judiciary and the legislature made subtle attacks at each other on the subjects of budgetary allocations and pending litigation. Speaking on this occasion, Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje said that her government is concerned about long and pending cases and is in strong favour of speedy trials. Raje also talked about the allotment of special funds in her recent budget for opening new courts and developing infrastructure.
