San Bernardino shooters’ ex-neighbor denied bail

A federal magistrate has denied bail to 24-year-old Enrique Marquez.

He’s the man accused of providing assault-style rifles to the San Bernardino attackers…. the married couple who killed 14 people during the December 2 massacre at a holiday party.

Marquez was arrested on Friday and charged with providing material support to terrorists. Prosecutors say Marquez plotted other attacks with gunman Syed Farook that were never carried out.

Inside this Riverside court, the judge sided with prosecutors and said Marquez COULD pose a risk to the community because his accused crimes are so grave.

Marquez, who has not yet entered a plea, could be sentenced to up to 35 years in prison if convicted of all charges against him.
