Sharing is Caring

Mumbai, July 22 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Friday asked the Centre to take possession and secure the 31-storey controversial Adarsh apartments in Mumbai and issued notices to various stakeholders on pleas challenging the Bombay High Court order asking civic bodies to demolish it. Acknowledging the Supreme Court order, petitioner Praveen Wategaonkar said the basic fact on which the FIR was registered, where the land was sold to a private society, has now been corrected. He further said that the ministers who were involved should now be punished for causing trouble to the society people.
