Srinivasan, Sundar Raman Named In Mudgal Report

The Supreme Court today disclosed the names of the cricketers among the 13 who were investigated by the court-appointed inquiry panel for corruption in the IPL. The Apex Court read the Mudgal Commission report and revealed the name of the BCCI President in-exile N.Srinivasan. The court has officially named Raj Kundra (Rajasthan Royal’s co-owner) and Sundar Raman (IPL CEO) among those investigated by the Mudgal Panel. Gurunath Meiyyappan’s name also features in the report.

The Supreme Court has not specified the roles of the people named in the report. The hearing has been adjourned for 24th November.  The Panel had submitted the report on 3rd November. 

The Supreme Court has cancelled BCCI’s AGM which was scheduled to take place on 20th November, in which Srinivasan was going to stand for a re-election
