Surat MLA sells newspapers collected from households for PM’s relief fund

Surat, Sep 15 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will turn 66 on September 17, will be in his home state Gujarat to celebrate his birthday. He is scheduled to begin the day with blessings from his mother, a ritual he has followed for years when he was the Gujarat chief minister. Ahead of his birthday, Surat MLA Harsh Sanghvi has planned to celebrate the day with a special cause. MLA Harsh Sanghvi, along with his team, is collecting old newspapers from city households and various offices. He will sell it off and the amount collected will be donated to Prime Minister Relief Fund and will be handed over to Prime Minister on his birthday in Navsari.
