New Delhi, Oct 30 (ANI): Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj held bilateral talks with her counterparts from African nations on Friday, a day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi pitched for a broad alliance for global reforms. Swaraj met her counterparts from Somalia, Angola, Gambia and other countries, at the end of the third India-Africa Forum Summit in New Delhi on Thursday. She discussed matters of bilateral and regional importance with the African leaders. India has announced $10 billion grant for Africa over a period of next five years. The biggest-ever Africa summit began on Monday as India seeks to challenge China’s dominance on a continent that is blessed with vast natural resources and has the world’s fastest-growing population.
