Two soldiers killed in ceasefire violation in Kashmir

Bandipora, Nov 03 (ANI): Two soldiers were killed in ceasefire violation by Pakistan in Jammu and Kashmir, said a senior army officer on Tuesday (November 03). Pakistan resorted to unprovoked firing in Gurez sector along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir on Monday (November 02). On Tuesday, the bodies of the two army soldiers were brought to a hospital in Bandipora district for the post-mortem, where family members were also present. Lieutenant General Satish Dua, General Officer Commanding, 15 Corps, said Pakistan fired first and a befitting retaliation was carried out by the Indian army.
