Sharing is Caring

Haldwani (Uttarakhand), Apr 01 (ANI): Former telecom minister and eminent lawyer Kapil Sibal on Friday said that the High Court has accepted their petition challenging the appropriation ordinance recommended to authorise expenses in Uttarakhand after April 1. Sibal alleged that the ordinance passed in the state was unconstitutional, adding that the next hearing would be held on April 6. The expenses decision came after the Centre concluded that the hill state’s budget was not passed before it came under President’s rule.
