Uri attack proves terror machinery in Pakistan still thriving: MEA

Sharing is Caring

New Delhi, Sep 21 (ANI): In the wake of the recent Uri terror attack, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) official Spokesperson Vikas Swarup on Wednesday asserted that Pakistan had failed to comply with its commitments of not allowing terrorism against India from it soil as promised in 2014. Stating that the Pathankot airbase attack is a testimony to this assertion by India, Swarup added that the Uri attack was proof to the fact that terror machinery in Pakistan is still thriving. Further nailing Pakistan’s involvement in the recent terror attacks in Uri and Poonch, he listed out a number of items recovered from slain terrorists like Pakistani marked grenades, communication equipment and food and medicines which were also made in Pakistan.
