Howrah (WB), Sep 06 (ANI): Torrential rains in West Bengal’s Howrah have resulted in waterlogging in the city. The situation has become worse with rain water entering a hospital, bringing misery for patients. The water has compounded the woes of the patients risking their lives as there can be a chance of dengue outbreak and other vector-borne diseases. Till now, no efforts have been made to drain out the water, further ensuring that pumps are engaged to complete the work soon.
